Role Overview:
As a Senior Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Service Technician at SACM, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of medium to large plant air conditioning and refrigeration systems within commercial and industrial settings. Your responsibilities will include:
* Installation, Service, and Repair: You will install, service, and repair HVAC systems, focusing on package units and central plant systems tailored to our commercial and industrial clients' specific needs.
* Diagnostic Expertise: Utilising your advanced diagnostic skills, you'll troubleshoot issues, identifying and implementing efficient and effective solutions to maintain system integrity and performance.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with our skilled team, you'll contribute to various projects, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety in every task undertaken.
* Client Engagement: By directly engaging with clients, you'll deliver exceptional service and share your expertise, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and technical excellence.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (40-hour week). + Regular Overtime Available
Candidate Profile:
* 7+ years of post-apprenticeship experience in air conditioning and refrigeration.
* Strong skills in fault finding, preventative maintenance, and handling central plant, chillers, and various AC systems.
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills; capable of working autonomously.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality work and continuous learning.
* ARC and Electrical licences, a current VIC driver's licence, and a White Card are essential.
* Experience with Carrier, Daikin, or Trane commercial systems, BMS integration, and VRV/VRF systems
