About The Role
Operating within Placement Services, the Contract Management Officer will provide high-level administrative support in the initiation, management, review and reporting of third party and educational partnerships relating to student qualified practice placement agreements and operational schedules; in collaboration with the Manager Placement Services, Team Leaders, Placement Services and Schools of the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS).
More Specifically, The Role Entails
- Providing high-quality and effective administration in overseeing the entire lifecycle of third-party and educational partnership agreements and schedules that relate to professional practice placements across the Faculty.
- In consultation, prepare student placement agreements for review and advice from the Office of the FHS Executive Dean and the ACU Office of General Counsel.
- Seek advice on student placement agreement clauses from ACU Privacy and/or ACU Insurance; and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure parties understand and can comply with the student placement agreement terms.
- Coordinate the review of state-specific agreement clauses or inclusions with the relevant state-based Placement Services Team Leader.
- In collaboration with the Manager Placement Services, develop a quality assurance framework for third-party and educational partnerships relating to professional practice placement; and manage the implementation of the quality assurance process and prepare reports for the National Professional Practice Lead (NPPL) of each discipline every semester.
