About The Role
The aim of this role is to:
* Assist in designing and delivering training programs
* Contribute to developing an organisation-wide learning strategy
* Deliver education and mentor the education team to ensure quality training
* Develop content and deliver training aligned with TNA, ACQS, and SCC needs, including credentialing packs, toolkits, and online modules
* Perform training needs analysis and update training to address risks and trends
* Ensure learning content is current, high-quality, and effective, working with Clinical Governance, Education, and People & Culture teams
* Liaise with third parties and subject matter experts on education offerings
* Work collaboratively and with accountability
* Support new nursing staff to ensure they are competent in their duties, building a skilled workforce
* Support the education team in assessing training delivery

About You
The successful candidate will possess:
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as an RN
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or Post Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Nurse Education)
* Current SA driver's license
* Commitment to meeting internal and external customer needs
* Ability to build strong relationships and contribute to a competent workforce
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in computer skills, including Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and in-house databases
* Knowledge of nurse training and competency requirements in aged care
* Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Leadership experience is desirable
