Key Responsibilities
* Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with all company policies.
* Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
* Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
* Sales & Merchandising: Direct sales associates, manage inventory control, and set up promotional signage to drive business growth.
* Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, payroll, and reporting as required by the General Manager.
* Performance Monitoring: Help set and track performance targets for the team to ensure business goals are met.
Skills & Qualifications
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem-Solving: Solid critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
* Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.
* Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
