About the role:
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Project Planner / Manager to join our team based at our Pakenham depot.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will have you managing the day-to-day operations of our field resources for both small and large projects.

You are looking to progress in your career. You will be motivated, willing to get your hands dirty with the rest of the team when required. You will be a role model, someone who is hard working and can demonstrate strong team values of UCS as well as the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide positive leadership and support to work groups involved in construction and maintenance of electrical services and associated industry systems.
* Ensure compliance to relevant rules, regulations, statutory requirements, standards and procedures and safe working practices.
* Monitor and control activities to achieve cost, time and quality requirements.
* Communicate, liaise and negotiate with customers and employees to achieve customer service standards.
* Review daily activities to identify continuous improvement processes to support the business goals of cost reduction and increased customer service.
Qualifications / Certificates / Licenses:
* Driver's License
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Certificate or Diploma in Project Management (desirable)
