What You'll Be Responsible For
* Building and managing relationships with consultants, contractors, and hospital project teams
* Providing technical support and driving project-based sales in the healthcare and commercial sectors
* Preparing proposals, attending site meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Tracking market trends and achieving sales targets and KPIs
What You'll Need to Be Successful
* Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
* 3–5 years of sales experience in electrical, medical, or infrastructure sectors
* Experience working with construction stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and facility managers
* Strong technical knowledge of switchgear, cabling, and medical electrical systems; ability to interpret technical drawings
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and tendering platforms
* Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel
