Motor Product & Strategy Specialist at Suncorp Group. This 12-month contract role offers the chance to work across diverse teams and influence the future of our motor portfolio.
What You'll Do
Design and document new motor insurance products aligned to our strategic roadmap
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to brief in product requirements and ensure products meet customer and business needs
Use customer research and testing to validate product concepts and structure
Communicate product design rationale across desirability, viability, and feasibility dimensions
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Portfolio, Pricing, Distribution, Claims, Digital and Technology
Support the delivery of product initiatives from concept through to implementation
What You'll Bring
Motor Insurance experience mandatory
5+ years' experience in product design or development, ideally within insurance or financial services
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
Experience in program delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to take product opportunities from idea to launch with a customer-first mindset
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Innovation or similar (preferred)
