Full-Time Retail Professional - Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet
We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in NSW on a FULL-TIME basis.
Please note, this role requires full-time availability - 38 hours per week on either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.

Key responsibilities:
* Achieve store sales, KPI targets, and individual performance goals using all available resources.
* Deliver excellent customer service to meet or exceed expectations.
* Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
* Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures regularly.
* Represent the adidas brand and values compellingly.
Requirements:
* Strong retail sales or customer service background with proven success.
* Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in your application.
