**Your responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
- High compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data real time into multiple systems
- Adheres to organisational processes and policies
**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience working in the energy sector is preferrable, although not mandatory
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume Contact Centre environment
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and builds rapport easily
- Demonstrates high level of empathy when supporting people in crisis
- Complaint resolution and Problem-solving skills.
- Displays a high level of integrity and sense of urgency
- Ability to work towards and achieve targets
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
