Whether you're an experienced Contracts Lead or looking to step up, this role offers autonomy and variety.
You'll work with operational teams across regional WA, suppliers, senior leaders and our Commercial Operations group. We'll trust you to lead full contract lifecycle activities, guide others and elevate contract management and sourcing capability across the organisation.
This position sits within the Finance & Corporate Services team and reports to the Commercial Manager. You'll provide leadership and day‑to‑day guidance to the Contracts Coordinator and Contracts Administrator.
Your impact in role, if you choose to join us
Leading and coordinating end to end contracting processes - planning, sourcing / RFQs, evaluation, award and supplier communication.
Supporting critical operational contracts that keep our networks running safely and efficiently.
Managing contract administration, obligations, variations, compliance and document governance.
Ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual terms, whilst managing risks.
Building positive working relationships with internal teams, regional operations and external suppliers.
Strategic contracting initiatives and improvement of procurement activity.
What You'll Need You To Bring
Tertiary qualifications in business, law, contract management or related fields.
Experience in contract management within utilities, energy, operations or similar asset heavy environments.
Confidence managing O&M contracts, PPAs, facilities contracts or operational service agreements.
A hands-on approach to leading sourcing activities (RFQs) and navigating the full contract lifecycle.
Confidence to build relationships and steer commercially favourable outcomes.
Ability to mentor, engage, influence and negotiate.
