Personal Assistant to Founder/CEO
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will provide exceptional support to our visionary leader. As a Personal Assistant to the Founder/CEO, your expertise in project management, proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will shine.
Working from our Gold Coast micro-office, with flexible working hours due to varying time zones, you'll appreciate the autonomy and variety on offer within this role.
As a skilled communicator and time manager, you'll be valued as a key player within our purpose-led organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing calendars to schedule personal appointments alongside business meetings with attendees across various timezones.
* Managing agendas, minutes and actions registers ensuring task tracking and completion.
* Leveraging systems such as Slack, Workplace, Jira and Google suite to manage tasks and documentation.
* Coordinating inbound and outbound correspondence in a professional manner.
* Coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements.
* Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Preparing documentation such as presentations and reports.
* Coordinating collection and delivery of goods and services.
* Managing supplies and vendors.
* Completing personal tasks for your leader, including managing documentation and household payments.

* Minimum 10 years' experience supporting C-suite executives.
* Demonstrated track record in project management and associated task management software.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite.
