About the Role: As a Locum Nurse Practitioner, you’ll: Deliver exceptional clinical care by assessing and diagnosing patients, providing treatments, and prescribing medications. Support ADF members through emergency medical responses, administering vaccinations, and conducting diagnostic tests. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, working within Defence Policies and Procedures to ensure the highest standards of care. Adapt quickly to different work environments and thrive in an autonomous setting. About You: You are an Australian Citizen (required), passionate about delivering high-quality care in a challenging environment. You’ll also have: Master’s Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner). Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA. At least 2 years of full-time or part-time equivalent experience in a general acute care, primary health, or military setting. Recent CPD participation and current CPR certification (HLTAID009). Ability to work independently while contributing to a multi-disciplinary team. A passion for making a difference and serving those who serve.
