Duties
In this role you will:
* Lead transactions across M&A and major project deals
* Advise clients on strategic business decisions and commercial opportunities
* Draft and negotiate complex contracts across various industries
* Provide high-level corporate and governance advice
* Support large-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects
Skills & experience
Ideally, you will have:
* 5+ years post-admission experience, with a strong focus on Mergers & Acquisitions
* Exceptional drafting and advisory skills, with a keen eye for detail
* A self-starter with a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and support junior lawyers
* Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively at all levels
* Strategic thinker with well-developed commercial and critical analysis skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
