The opportunity:
Goodlife clubs are vibrant environments where no two days are the same. As a Club Manager at our Carindale club, you will inspire your team and lead your club to success. Your role involves using your leadership, financial, analytical, and management skills to oversee all aspects of club operations and foster a thriving community.
You will need excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to deliver an exceptional member experience and drive team performance.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage sales budgets and analyze data to develop improvement strategies
* Contribute proactively to sales targets
* Oversee profit and loss management
* Lead the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolve concerns
* Recruit, train, and retain staff
* Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders
To be successful, you will need:
* Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports, ideally in the fitness industry
* Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
* Experience managing budgets and monitoring P&L
* Ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
