Job Description
As a vital member of the Organizational Learning team, the Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering the professional development of our people. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality training aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work. They will also have an attention to detail and be able to get the job done right the first time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, training partners, and vendors to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet requested deadlines.
* Coordinating with technical learning advisors to provide roadmap support for new operations employees.
* Communicating with company stakeholders to ensure employees are aware of training events and schedules.
* Forecasting calendars, attendance, and ensuring trainer capacity.
* Managing information and updating training records in various platforms (Learning Management System) and in SIRCE (Corporate Training Registration System).
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A technical university degree in Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a training coordination role.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability in data analysis/management, planning/forecasting, and troubleshooting.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Strong knowledge of learning management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and Outlook).
* Knowledge in PowerBI (would be considered an asset).
