The Business Systems and Transformation team works across the Council to support staff in enhancing their operations through process improvements and the use of technology.
This entry-level role will assist in the efficient and effective operation of the team's day-to-day activities and various administrative projects, with a focus on improving the team's data, systems, and processes.
The position involves working with staff across various departments to support Business Systems and Transformation initiatives. On-the-job training will be provided.
Ideal for someone starting their career in IT and looking to gain hands-on experience within an IT team.
Duties will include:
* Address Level 1 technical support requests
* Manage IT asset inventory
* Implement end user device replacements
