Key Responsibilities Partner with executives to align people strategy with business priorities
Lead organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
Coach and influence senior leaders to enhance performance
Drive cultural and engagement programs that strengthen capability
Anticipate workforce trends and future skill needs
Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
Manage complex employee relations and risk mitigation
Support change, transformation and continuous improvement across the business Key Requirements Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related discipline
8 – 10 years HR experience in large, complex organisations
Strong executive partnering and coaching capability
Proven experience in organisational change and culture transformation
Must have a car and valid driver's licence
Skilled in organisational design and workforce planning
Strong ER and case management capability
Proficient in people analytics and data‑driven decision making
