We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our not-for-profit client who has a strong focus on caring for people, where everyone has the same opportunity to grow, and do amazing things with their lives. You will be based onsite at the client premises and will support optimising the property portfolio.
The focus is on building strong relationships, productivity improvements and achieving high customer satisfaction. Local travel will be required with a client company car available for use, and responsibilities span a range of services, including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset & vendor management programs, reporting and governance.
The portfolio is dynamic including a mixture of commercial and residential assets (including the clients corporate head office) so every day will be different and varied offering new challenges.
You will be recognised by our client as a valued advisor who delivers innovative operational solutions and ensures that everyone has full access to the necessary resources required to meet account objectives and priorities.
**Sound like you? To Apply, this is what we are looking for**:
Preferably you have experience with not-for-profit and/ or large corporate clients with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and influence business relationships in a positive direction.
Your exemplary track record in facilities account management has been proven over time and you passionately inspire and encourage a 'customer and team' focused vision and vocabulary. You are also financially astute, can comfortably manage budgets and financials whilst driving value and cost savings.
Exceptional leadership skills will encourage your colleagues to achieve the best possible performance and will motivate, engage, and promote personal development.
A valid drivers licence is required as well as clearances including a blue card and yellow card (which we can undertake on your behalf).
