See yourself in our team
As Concierge for the Burwood Branch of CommBank, you'll be the face of CommBank and the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this, you'll:
* Greet each customer and clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
* Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
* Provide options for the customer through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively and efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
We're interested in people who have:
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service, ideally in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality
* Excellent communication skills and display all the right behaviors to maintain an approachable and professional demeanor
* The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
* A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
