About the Role Step into a senior leadership role at the heart of Customer Enabling Tech, partnering with the CIO and Leadership Team to strengthen governance, risk and control across a fast-moving portfolio. You’ll lead the CET Business Management team, embed disciplined reporting and risk rhythms, and drive assurance, data integrity and regulatory readiness—so our teams can deliver with pace, confidence and control.

Head of CET Business & Risk Management
role, you’ll join our Customer Enabling Tech team as we double down on owning it and winning together.
Responsibilities Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
Leadership and Management of the CET Business Management team
Lead risk forums and embed structured reporting into CET LT cadence.
Champion data integrity and security controls, mitigating systemic data quality risks in coordination with the CET Technology Execs.
Embed delivery risk management into all CET programs, balancing speed and control.
Ensure cross-domain risk visibility, particularly where dependencies exist.
Establish and maintain risk registers across Policy, Technology, Data Quality, Vendor, Delivery, People, Operational, and Cross Domain.
Track progress to ensure timely closure of audit findings and proactive management of emerging risks.
Oversee Workforce and tracking recruitment across CIO CET Executive’s and HoTs and the relationship with central Workforce teams, third party procurement and outsourcing, and financial insights to support partner teams
Qualifications
Experience in Risk Management
Experience in financial services (preferred)
Experience working with a Senior Executive Office
Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders
Understanding of financial and workforce management processes
Understanding of NAB’s resource systems and procedures
Proven capability of working in a collaborative team environment to achieve outcomes
