We're seeking experienced chefs for a 3-month contract (December – February) with the potential for ongoing casual work after the season.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
* Chef De Partie level experience
* Ability to work across multiple outlets, from our main restaurant and Shi Hui Shi to the pool and rooftop kitchens.
* Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
