About the Opportunity:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, interviewing and offers, maintaining a high level of candidate satisfaction.
* Sources candidates through digital platforms, industry networks and talent pools, leveraging strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment activity through Employment Hero, utilising HRIS or recruitment platforms efficiently.
* Support position descriptions, talent pooling, and general People Culture queries, demonstrating a professional and collaborative approach.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in agency or internal recruitment with a proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
* Proficiency in using HRIS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Employment Hero), with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
* A professional, collaborative approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
