**Key Responsibilities**:
- Disassemble, inspect, and repair electric motors, generators, and transformers.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform rewinding of armatures, stators, and field coils.
- Operate advanced winding and diagnostic equipment for high-precision repairs.
- Conduct electrical testing using tools such as multimeters and meggers.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Fit, align, and assemble electrical components to meet exact specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, rewinds, and testing results.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Fitter / Armature Winder.
- Strong knowledge of electric motor components, rewinding, and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant trade certification or qualifications preferred
