**Job Description**:
Are you a passionate, creative, innovative leader looking for an opportunity to work with a lifestyle product? We have a unique opportunity to join our Marketing and Partnership team on a fixed term (parental leave) contract for 12 months.
- Driving initiatives to increase Accor Plus members engagement & activation and grow the member base
- Leveraging Accor Plus platforms, providing marketing and communications expertise and support across departments and channels, creating engaging, market relevant content to drive hotel revenue across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji
- Work with the Accor Loyalty Marketing and Operations leaders in the region
- Design, deliver and evaluate campaigns to promote and generate sales of stay, dining and experience offers to the member base
- Provide strategic advice on marketing, advertising, content & campaigns to internal stakeholders
- Coach and guide a team to achieve their potential
- Drive meaningful engagement with B2B partner accounts and members in the Pacific
- Develop strong partner relationships that leads to revenue growth
**Qualifications**:
- Previous omni-channel marketing experience
- Previous member marketing or loyalty programme marketing experience would be ideal
- Effective communicator
- A member-centric nature
- Ability to flex in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented and analytical balanced with creative flair
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Drive & motivation to succeed for yourself and your team
