Our client is a recognised leader in the sporting industry, representing premium golfing brands such as Titleist and FootJoy, and they are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships by responding to phone enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process.

About the role:
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email channels
Work closely with all the Account Managers to ensure consistent and timely communication with customers
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure promotions and programs are implemented effectively
Identify gaps in product knowledge to improve knowledge base and processes
About you:
Prior experience in a phone-based customer service role
Experience in the golfing industry or other related sporting goods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong computer literacy
