Registered Nurse Primary School Nurse Health Readiness Program (PSNHRP) Vision at North West Hospital and Health Service (HHS).
Temporary part time (24 hrs per fortnight, until 30 June 2029). This role is in Maternal, Child & Youth Health, delivering safe, compassionate care while supporting families through their health journey. Requirements
- Mandatory: relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences.
- Class C Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role; may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- Travel to various facilities or units within the North West HHS; remote schools are serviced by this role.
- Probation period may apply.
