Key Account Manager
SURTECO Australia, a leading decorative surfaces and edge banding solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their team in Queensland.
* This role will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing customers within a designated territory, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and account management. Prior industry knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ERP systems are highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities:
* Visiting customers regularly to provide product information and support
* Managing customer relationships within the assigned territory
* Collaborating with the sales team to develop and grow the customer base
* Daily CRM and monthly reporting
* Providing technical information to customers
* Developing and implementing a call cycle plan for face-to-face customer visits
