About the Customer Development Manager Role
Reporting to a Channel Manager, this role works closely alongside Store Managers to build business relationships with target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer issues through consultation and understanding of their needs.
* Oversee sales and gross margin performance in your territory.
* Manage around 150 customer relationships.
* Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
* Achieve set sales targets.
