to appoint a
Business Manager
to lead the branch to its next phase of growth.

If you've cut your teeth leading a trade-focused branch (think plumbing wholesale or closely related) or a branch-leader in wholesale that loves building contractor relationships, and want true autonomy to grow people, sales and margin then this is for you

The Opportunity

You'll have the opportunity to join an exciting team as a Showroom Consultant with room to grow under the Business Manager and the Mildura Team. A close-knit, all-hands-on-deck environment. and regional, small-team culture with strong camaraderie and flexibility.

Daily Outlook

* Engage with both retail and trade customers in the showroom.
* Provide tailored product and design advice for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries.
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage project follow-ups to ensure completion.
* Coordinate selections for builder clients and their customers.
* Maintain showroom presentation – cleanliness, product updates, accurate tagging.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, suppliers, and retail clients.
* Manage projects for builders — ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and smooth coordination between showroom and field teams.
* Learn and maintain product knowledge across plumbing and bathroom solutions.
* Drive proactive sales and contribute to showroom and branch targets.
* Assist other areas (counter/warehouse) when required during busy periods.

What We Need

* Proven success in a Showroom Consultant or similar role (plumbing wholesale ideal, adjacent trade wholesale also welcome).
* Proactive, resilient, and accountable.
* Strong relationship-building skills (with suppliers, builders, and retail customers).
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
* Proven sales success – highly driven and target-focused.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Organised and reliable – able to manage multiple jobs and timelines.
* Adaptable and flexible to assist across functions.
* Team-oriented with a positive, "pitch-in" attitude.
* Customer-centric – able to build rapport and deliver consultative solutions.
* Self-motivated, with long-term career aspirations in Tradelink.

* Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Saturdays, 8am - 12pm. RDO every second Wednesday (flexible to Tuesday or Thursday)
