The role involves overseeing and managing the organization's web presence, ensuring it remains up-to-date, secure, and continuously available. This includes publishing and updating content related to programs, appeals, events, and impact reports.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and managing the charity's website to ensure it remains accurate and secure.
* Publishing and updating content related to programs, appeals, events, and impact reports.
* Managing domains, hosting, email integrations, and SSL certificates.
* Supporting fundraising campaigns, event registrations and management, and volunteer sign-ups through web platforms.
* Tracking website analytics, including donor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
* Coordinating with marketing, events, and donor management teams.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with tech teams.
* Maintaining document libraries, annual reports, and compliance disclosures online.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent skills in designing and delivering innovative social media marketing campaigns.
* Demonstrated track record in website administration, web management, or related digital platform roles.
* At least 5 years of professional experience managing and maintaining websites.
* Skilled in setting up and managing data integrations between internal systems and external platforms.
* Strong problem-solving ability for web, platform, and integration-related technical issues.
* Experience creating digital content, including writing copy and coordinating design elements.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and handling data accurately with strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable working with software developers, project teams, and non-technical stakeholders to document workflows and system requirements.
