The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Appian Developer to join our cient's team and help us drive the development of a brand-new project on the Appian platform. You'll also play a key role in supporting and integrating existing applications. If you are passionate about transforming ideas into functional solutions and enjoy working in an Agile environment, this is the role for you
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate user stories into required functionality using the Appian platform.
* Design, implement, enhance, and support Appian applications.
* Guide and mentor Appian developers to ensure best practices are followed.
* Participate in peer reviews to ensure the quality and facilitate knowledge transfer.
* Prepare and maintain thorough documentation for systems and applications.
* Analyze and fix production defects when needed.
You:
* Strong experience with Appian BPM platform and its functionalities.
* Proficient in MySQL or similar relational databases.
* Adept at writing reusable common objects.
* Comfortable working in an Agile development environment (Experience with JIRA, Kanban).
* Collaborative and able to work closely with Business Analysts and Key Stakeholders.
* Appian Certification is highly regarded but not essential.
* Additional programming experience with .Net, C#, Java, or any OOP language would be a bonus.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/MS Azure) is a plus.
