This position is a full‐time role, including weekend work across a rotating roster. Our customer service team is a busy hive of activity and a main point of contact for our customers, so the right candidate for this role will thrive in a fast‐paced environment and enjoy providing support and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role! Duties will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
* Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
* Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
* Reporting of customer service related activities to Customer Relations Manager
* Participate in regular product and sales training
ABOUT YOU
* Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
* Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced environment
* Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
* Excellent data entry skills
* Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays)
