What You'll Be Doing
Support the Child & Family Health Service and the Broken Hill Community Health Centre through Health Promotion support and implementation.
Participate in the development and implementation of Health Promotion initiatives.
Support staff within the Child & Family Health Service to undertake Health Promotion.
Work closely with stakeholders to achieve better health outcomes within the Broken Hill community.
Maintain a high level of commitment to and participation in own Continuing Professional Development.
Liaise with other health professions to ensure a multidisciplinary approach.

How To Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible.
Tertiary qualifications in Health Promotion, or relevant health or social science discipline with experience in Health Promotion.
Experience in planning, implementing and evaluating health promotion programs and initiatives.
Demonstrated understanding of Health Promotion.
Experience working with government, non-government and community organisations.
Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills.
Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal skills and working within multidisciplinary teams.
Driver's licence.
