The Role
* Manage a clean, local portfolio (minimal travel)
* Conduct routine inspections & manage maintenance
* Liaise confidently with landlords & tenants
* Arrears management
* Tribunal attendance when required
* Lease renewals & rental reviews
About You
* Previous experience managing your own portfolio
* Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* High level of organisation & time management
* Exceptional communication skills
* Positive, solutions-focused attitude
