* Lead and evolve our Enterprise Risk Management framework
* Support a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation
* Guide staff on compliance, risk systems, and improvements
* Oversee development of risk reduction strategies
* Collaborate across teams to drive smarter decisions
This position is open to candidates across all Grampians Health locations—including Ballarat, Dimboola, Edenhope, Horsham, and Stawell—and can be based at or work with any of these sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and enhance the ERM and Business Continuity Framework
* Provide expert advice on organisational risk and compliance
* Lead development of risk strategies and governance documents
* Promote use of systems like RiskMan and Risk Register
* Support audit functions and KPI achievement
* Supervise and coach staff in quality and improvement
Skills & Experience
* Degree in risk management or related field
* Proven experience in enterprise risk systems (e.g. RiskMan / VHIMS)
* Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills
* Knowledge of ISO 31000 and healthcare regulations
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
