Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive security services to protect patients, staff, visitors, and hospital assets.
Respond to emergencies, including personal threats, fire, and critical incidents, using evidence-based de-escalation techniques.
Monitor and operate security systems such as CCTV, radios, and body-worn cameras, ensuring accurate incident reporting.
Support compliance with legislation and hospital policies while maintaining mandatory training and professional development.
