We are on the lookout for multiple labourers to join our clients who are looking for a motivated individual to support their skilled tradespeople and machine operators for multiple projects across the Illawarra.
Upskilling and training will be available!
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Get sites ready for construction by assisting with everything from clearing to setting up safety barriers.
- Manual Labour: Perform essential physical tasks like digging trenches, shoveling materials, and loading/unloading tools and equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Use basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Teamwork: Work closely with our experienced team to keep projects on schedule and running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Essential: A valid White Card (General Construction Induction) and a driver's license.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus
- Physical Fitness: The role requires you to be fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: You must be punctual and have a outstanding attitude.
