Customer Service Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well‐respected not‐for‐profit organisation based in Blackburn. This is a full‐time, 4‐month contract with an ASAP start, working within a supportive and fast‐paced team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy setting, and can confidently manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing excellent administrative support. You'll be working under a fantastic Team Leader who is known for being supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in their team.
Key responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients, families and stakeholders
* Providing accurate information and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams
* Processing client information and maintaining records across internal systems
* Supporting general administration tasks including data entry, document management and follow‐ups
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
About you
* Previous experience in a customer service and/or administration role
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
* High attention to detail and good computer skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
Experience in aged care or community services is highly regarded, but not essential.
