Regional Nurse Manager Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regional Nurse Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality urgent care services across multiple sites in NSW/ACT.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight to ensure safe, high-quality urgent care services, resulting in improved patient outcomes and enhanced staff satisfaction.
* Act as a subject matter expert for urgent care, supporting workforce planning, onboarding, compliance, and training initiatives.
* Evaluate our services against national UCC policies and standards to ensure alignment and optimize performance.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within healthcare, with a proven track record of inspiring and developing teams.
* Registered Nurse (RN) with an in-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
* Demonstrated expertise in Emergency Nursing, specializing in triage, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in a dynamic environment.
* A highly desirable additional qualification: Certificate in Nursing Management or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
