* Digital Transformation: Lead the branch's digital transformation efforts, promoting adoption of digital services to streamline customer interactions.
* Staff Coaching: Oversee and train staff on digital platforms to ensure a cohesive, tech-savvy team that meets customer needs effectively.
* Customer Management: Deliver effective customer management, retention, and satisfaction advocacy for your customer base.
* Team Leadership: Lead a motivated and engaged team intent on achieving both their Individual and Branch results.
* Risk Management: Role model and support a risk management culture through behaviors, discussions, and interactions with employees and customers.
