About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our NSW Marketing team based at Warwick Farm.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of dealerships and automotive brands, playing a key role in delivering impactful marketing strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring campaigns to life and elevate brand presence across multiple channels.
Experience within automotive marketing is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Management: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (primarily digital), including local activations, events, and performance tracking
* Content & CRM: Manage customer communications across channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and effective use of CRM platforms
* Agency & Media Coordination: Collaborate with digital agencies on briefs, budgets, reporting, and media planning (including ATL where applicable)
* Portfolio Management: Oversee reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking across your assigned dealership portfolio
* Creative & Social: Manage creative workflows, develop assets (including Canva), and coordinate social media calendars
About You
You will have:
* Proven experience in marketing or media (agency or client-side), with strong understanding of retail marketing
* Highly desirable experience within the automotive industry
* Strong knowledge of digital channels including AdWords, SEO, SEM, PMAX, GDN, Meta, and YouTube
* Results-driven with a focus on ROI, optimisation, and continuous improvement
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail
* Full Australian working rights, current NSW driver's licence, and access to a vehicle
