Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our property management portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
* Securing new landlord clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
* Developing, nurturing, and tracking a strong lead pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
* Partnering with Sales Agents to convert investor buyers and identifying potential landlord clients.
* Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, including compliance checks, financial setup, and property readiness.
* Managing listings, conducting viewings, handling enquiries and applications, and supporting tenancy sign-ups to ensure efficient leasing.
Requirements for success in this role include:
* Proven experience in business development, real estate sales, or property management.
* Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not required.
* Demonstrated success in lead conversion, prospecting, and relationship-building.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements (preferred).
* Understanding of local real estate market trends (preferred).
* Solid computer and administration skills.
* A current Property Management and/or Real Estate Licence, Certificate of Registration.
* A driver's licence (essential).
