Flooring Sales Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and customer-centric sales professional to our team at Andersens Capalaba. Our store has been going for over 25 years and thrives on transforming our client's homes.
What will you be doing?
You'll be greeting customers in one of the largest showrooms in the area to measuring and quoting on-site, you'll guide customers through every step of their design journey. We'll train you, guide you and support you through the life cycle of a client's project and you'll own the process end-to-end. The most important aspect is your ability to build strong relationships, listen to customers, and meet their needs.

What you'll need?
* Strong time-management and organisational skills.
* Great written and verbal communication with an eye for detail.
* Ability to read plans and measure accurately, including numeracy skills for quoting purposes.
* Current driver license.
* Confident, sales driven attitude with a hunger to meet sales targets and earn great commission.
