Job title: Procurement Category Manager
Location: Paddington office, 1x week minimum – Thursday (4 days remote)
Start date: ASAP
End date: 30/06/2026 (Inside IR35 Agency Contract- potential to extend)
Pay Rate: £22.78 per hour, £182 per day
Responsibilities
- Supports the Category Manager in the execution of the strategic direction for Devices and Accessories, which spans multiple organizations and geographies.
- Primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting in the execution of category plans, including pricing and promotional activities, with direct responsibility for Price Match and the Promotional calendar.
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders on Promotional roadmap, ensuring submissions are made within agreed deadlines.
- Provide insights and learnings on promotional activities and execution and recommendations for the future promotional roadmap.
- Launch Management and readiness, creating a category workback schedule highlighting key category milestones and ensuring deadlines for product updates are achieved.
- Liaising with Supply and Planning teams to action product lifecycle updates and ensuring n-1 (End of life) products are removed from Store sites at point of expiration.
- Assortment management; ensuring tools are maintained with accurate product descriptions, pricing and market attributes.
- Creating and maintaining range matrix documentation at country level to share with GTM (go to Market), planning and Digital Store leads.
- Aligning with Global and Regional teams on launch activities and promotions, being a key point of contact for Regional Category updates.
- Support the Category Manager in business reporting at a Regional and sub-regional level.

Basic Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years Assistant Buying or Category Management experience or equivalent.
