Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2 and Level 3 field services support across end-user computing environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT operations, troubleshooting issues, and assisting network engineers across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide on-site Level 2 & 3 desktop support to users.
* Perform basic network patching between switch and wall ports.
* Conduct basic network cable tracing to assist network engineers.
* Connect network consoles under the direction of Network Engineers.
* Support and troubleshoot Windows systems.
* Install applications via SCCM and Intune platforms.
* Assign security groups for device and app deployment.
* Rebuild computers according to HSO processes.
* Install and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
* Manage and resolve incidents using Ivanti ITSM tool.
Requirements and Experience
* Proven experience in Desktop Support or Field Support roles (Level 2/3).
* Strong knowledge of Windows, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
* Familiarity with network fundamentals (cabling, patching, basic tracing).
* Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (Ivanti preferred).
* Ability to follow structured processes and work independently on-site.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
