Key Responsibilities:
* Support lead agents with new development sales
* Manage buyer enquiries and follow-ups
* Conduct open homes and private appointments
* Maintain and update databases & CRM
* Prepare sales documentation
* Contributing to a high-energy, professional team culture
* Prospecting and lead generation for buyers and sellers
* Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement
* Other duties as requested
What We're Looking For:
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration
* Strong work ethic, communication and presentation skills
* Sales-focused, proactive, excellent time management
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Experience in real estate, off-the-plan sales or client facing role highly regarded, but not essential
* Collaborative mindset and commitment to a long-term career in real estate
* Availability to work weekends (with a mid-week RDO where applicable)
* Hold a current QLD driver's license and own a reliable car
