About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Site Administrator based on site. This role is offering a 4/3 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns for a 12 month duration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support for site operations.
* Managing SAP tasks, including purchasing and maintenance notifications.
* Coordinating accommodation and flight bookings via SAMS.
* Processing onboarding and administrative requests through ServiceNow.
* Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.
Skills and Experience Required:
* 3+ years of admin support experience with a health and safety background.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
