Project Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our project team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project administrative functions, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining project records.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage project registers, schedules, document control, and variations.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including repair agents, for security/access requirements.
* Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and control objective quality evidence (OQE).
* Prepare and maintain project email accounts and subsequent folders on the network drive.
* Collect and analyze project data.
* Report on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Essential:
* Ability to obtain baseline security clearance (Australian citizen).
* Minimum diploma in business office administration and/or relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role.
* Practical experience and knowledge of the type of work reported on.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks/projects.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaison across all levels, both internally and externally.
* Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* High attention to detail and accuracy. Proven high-quality output.
* Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
* Health and safety construction (White Card).
Desirable:
* Proficient user of IFS or similar ERP system.
