About Work Health and Safety roles, we are looking for a Business Partner who will support the implementation and management of workplace health and safety practices across multiple hospitality sites.
Responsibilities
* Support effective implementation and management of WHS practices across multiple sites.
* Act as a trusted liaison between operational teams and WHS management.
* Facilitate compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
* Promote a proactive safety culture.
* Work collaboratively with site management and staff to identify risks and manage hazards.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced WHS Business Partner or equivalent role, with expertise across the breadth of workplace health and safety. They will also have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Work Health and Safety.
* Demonstrated professional experience in WHS.
