What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Experience Manager, you'll take ownership of service delivery across your portfolio and play a key leadership role in the Ballarat region.
You Will
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Support Workers
* Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
* Oversee day-to-day service delivery, quality, and compliance
* Manage risk and contribute to service improvements
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure rosters, supports, and plans are delivered effectively
* Balance office-based work, regional travel, and flexible work-from-home arrangements
About You
You're a confident, grounded leader who brings structure, empathy, and accountability.
You'll Bring
* Proven experience leading teams (disability, community services, or human services preferred)
* A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant-centred practice
* Confidence managing competing priorities and operational complexity
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with SIL or complex supports (highly regarded, not essential)
